           6 oz Tuna Light In Water
           1 cup Low-fat Cottage Cheese
           1/2 cup Fresh Pico De Gallo
           1/4 cup Green Onions
           1/2 cup Fage 0%
           2 oz Dill Pickle
           1/2 cup Celery
           1/2 California Avocado
           1 tsp Lemon Juice
           ½ tsp garlic powder
           ½ tsp onion powder
